About This Product

Frequently asked questions
What kind of fibre is in it?
Nutriose®, a sugar-free soluble fibre made from wheat that dissolves easily into water without changing the taste.
It is made from wheat — how can it be gluten free?
The dextrin is a gluten-free wheat dextrin, so the finished product carries a gluten-free claim on the pack. Wheat is still declared as an allergen in the ingredient list. Gluten free and wheat free are not the same thing: if you avoid wheat itself, this is not for you.
How many servings are in a bottle?
Thirty-three, at 15 ml each. The bottle is 500 ml, so about a month at one a day.
How is it different from Oat Apple Fibre?
Format and content. Oat Apple Fibre is a powder with a blend of soluble and insoluble fibres from six sources, at 5 g of fibre per serving. Fibre Concentrate is a liquid you dilute in water, at 3 g of soluble fibre per serving, and it also carries calcium and vitamin C. Pick the powder if you want the most fibre per serving; pick the liquid if you would rather drink it than stir it. We put the two side by side, allergens and cost per serving included, in this comparison.
Can I mix it with other Herbalife products?
Yes, as long as you follow the directions printed on each label. The one rule specific to this product is temperature: do not mix it with liquids above 25 °C, as this may impact the vitamin C.
Can I take it together with Hydrate?
Yes. Herbalife's own note is that one serving of Fibre Concentrate with one serving of H24 Hydrate comes to 24 kcal a day, which is 1.2 % of the reference intake. One serving with two of Hydrate is also fine: the magnesium intake goes up and the total stays low at 36 kcal, or 1.8 %.
Does it contain sugar?
It is sugar free. There are 0.1 g of naturally occurring sugars per serving, from the orange and goji berry juice. The sweetness comes from steviol glycosides from stevia leaves.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes, the label states it is suitable for vegans. The whole vegan range is here.
How long does it keep once opened?
Keep it refrigerated once opened and use it within 30 days. Unopened, store it with the lid closed in a cool, dry place.
Is this a genuine Herbalife product?
Yes. Orders are fulfilled through the official Herbalife UK distribution network. HerbalStoreUK is run by an Independent Herbalife Member and is not the official Herbalife website.
