Orders placed through this website are fulfilled and shipped through Herbalife’s official UK distribution network.
At HerbalStoreUK, we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £79.
For purchases below this threshold, a fixed shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to follow your delivery progress from dispatch to arrival.
Fast Dispatch & Reliable Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
All shipments are handled by DPD, our trusted delivery partner, selected for its dependable and efficient service across the UK.
Shipping & Processing Times
To ensure consistent service, HerbalStoreUK follows Herbalife’s official order processing guidelines:
• Same-Day Processing
Orders submitted before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are typically sent to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched immediately.
• Next-Business-Day Processing
Orders placed after 12:00pm are forwarded to the warehouse on the next working day and usually shipped that same day.
• Processing Timeframe
Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or month-end, minor delays may occasionally occur.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
