How to use it
Replace one meal a day, usually breakfast, with a Formula 1 shake: two scoops (26 g) with 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk. Enjoy one or two cups of Instant Herbal Beverage across the day: half a teaspoon (1.7 g) in 200–240 ml of hot or cold water.

Formula 1 Healthy Meal is a meal replacement for a calorie-controlled diet. Substituting one of the main daily meals of an energy-restricted diet with a meal replacement contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Substituting two of the main daily meals contributes to weight loss. Use within a balanced and varied diet, alongside regular physical activity, and maintain adequate fluid intake.
It is recommended not to exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources (200 mg for pregnant or breast-feeding women).

Which pack should I choose — Starter, Ideal or Advanced?
Starter is the shake and the tea, the two essentials. Ideal adds Herbal Aloe Concentrate, which makes water more interesting and helps you drink more of it. Advanced adds Protein Drink Mix on top, for extra protein between meals or stirred into the shake. Start with Starter if you are new; choose Advanced if you already know protein intake is where you struggle.
