This is the number most people are really after.
- One shake a day: a 550 g tub is 21 shakes, so about a tub and a half a month. Roughly £47 a month for the powder, plus milk.
- Two shakes a day (replacing two meals): about three tubs a month, roughly £94 a month.

Compare that with what the meal it replaces costs you. A shop-bought lunch at £6 to £8 makes £1.57 look different. A breakfast of porridge and coffee at home does not.

Worth being straight about this: the saving on a pack is mostly the saving you would get anyway by buying each item here at our normal price. The pack saves you a little more on top, and saves you assembling the order. If you only want one product, buy the one product.
What else affects the total
- Delivery is free over £79 and £6.99 below that, so an order of two Formula 1 tubs gets there for nothing.
- Milk. A shake made with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk adds roughly 25p to 35p. Made with water and Protein Drink Mix instead, you are paying the protein powder cost rather than the milk.
- Flavour makes no difference to price. Every Formula 1 flavour is the same, limited editions included.
