What “working days” means for your order

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. An order placed on a Friday will usually arrive early the following week rather than at the weekend. If you are ordering for a specific date, give yourself a few days of margin rather than relying on the shortest end of the range.

Delivery cost

Worth knowing where that threshold sits in practice. Two tubs of Formula 1 clear £79. A single tub does not. If you are going to reorder within the month anyway, ordering two at once saves you £6.99 and a second wait — and the two-tub pack is cheaper per tub as well.

When to reorder so you do not run out

• One shake a day: order again around day 18. Three days of cover is enough.

The reason this matters more than it sounds: the single most common way people stop is running out on a Tuesday, eating toast instead, and never quite picking it back up. Reordering three days early costs nothing and removes that gap entirely.
