What the vitamins and minerals do

Skin elasticity was measured as significantly higher than placebo from four weeks. A second study looked at the depth of wrinkles around the eyes, again from four weeks of daily use.
Herbalife's own wording for the product is that the collagen peptides help to reduce eye wrinkles and improve skin elasticity after four weeks. Notice the two conditions built into that sentence: every day, and for weeks, not days.
How to take it
- Shake the canister gently before each use.
- One scoop (5.7 g) in 250 ml of water, stirred until dissolved.
- Once a day, with a meal. Breakfast alongside your shake is the easiest way to make it automatic.
- Every day. The studies were on daily use; a scoop every other day is not what was measured.
